Welcome to Styleopia. These Terms & Conditions set out the basis on which we provide access to our website and deliver our architectural and interior design services. By using our website or engaging our services, you confirm your acceptance of these terms.
1. About Us
Styleopia is a design studio specialising in architectural interior design, offering bespoke concepts, spatial planning, and curated design solutions.
2. Use of Website
You agree to use this website in a lawful, respectful, and responsible manner. You must not:

3. Services
Styleopia provides tailored design services, which may include consultations, concept design, spatial planning, and visual presentations.
All services are subject to availability and, where applicable, a separate written agreement detailing scope, deliverables, and fees.
4. Intellectual Property
All materials produced by Styleopia, including, but not limited to, designs, drawings, concepts, visuals, and written content, remain our intellectual property unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing.
Upon full payment, clients are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the final design solely for the intended project. Any reproduction, adaptation, resale, or use beyond this scope requires prior written consent.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:

Provide accurate, complete, and timely information

Obtain all necessary consents, approvals, and permissions (including planning or landlord approval)

Review and approve deliverables within agreed timeframes
We are not liable for delays, costs, or errors arising from incomplete or inaccurate client information
6. Fees & Payment
Fees will be clearly set out prior to commencement of work.

A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure services

Payments may be structured in stages aligned to project milestones

Invoices must be settled within the stated payment terms
We reserve the right to suspend services in the event of late payment. Statutory interest may be applied in accordance with the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
7. Project Scope & Variations
Each project is delivered in accordance with an agreed scope.

A defined number of revisions may be included

Additional changes or extensions beyond scope will be subject to additional fees

Material changes may require a revised agreement
8. Third-Party Contractors & Suppliers
Where we recommend or liaise with third-party contractors or suppliers, such parties are engaged directly by the client.
Styleopia does not warrant or accept responsibility for the performance, workmanship, or conduct of third parties. Any contractual relationship remains solely between the client and the third party, unless otherwise agreed.
9. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
Subject to the above, Styleopia shall not be liable for:

Indirect or consequential losses

Loss of profit, business, or opportunity

Delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control
Our total liability shall be limited to the fees paid for the relevant service.
10. Compliance & Professional Boundaries
Styleopia provides design services only and does not undertake architectural, structural, or construction responsibilities unless explicitly agreed.
Responsibility for structural integrity, construction execution, and regulatory compliance rests with appointed contractors and relevant professionals.
11. Portfolio & Publicity
We reserve the right to document and feature completed projects for portfolio, editorial, and promotional purposes, including photography and digital publication across our website and selected media channels.
This may include, without limitation, use across Styleopia’s official marketing and communication platforms, including social media channels such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, and LinkedIn.
We will respect reasonable requests for confidentiality where agreed in advance.
12. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to treat all confidential information with discretion and not disclose such information to third parties without consent, unless required by law.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate services by providing written notice.
Upon termination:

Fees for all work completed to date become immediately payable
Any outstanding invoices must be settled in full
14. Consumer Rights (UK)
If you are contracting with Styleopia as a consumer (as defined by the Consumer Rights Act 2015), you have certain statutory rights.
Services will be carried out with reasonable care and skill. Nothing in these Terms affects your legal rights under UK consumer law.
Where services are booked at a distance (for example, online or by email), you may have a right to cancel within 14 days under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This right may be lost once work has begun with your consent.
15. Privacy & Data Protection
We are committed to safeguarding your personal data in accordance with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
16. Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform obligations where such delay or failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, supply chain disruption, or labour disputes.
17. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
18. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be published on our website and take effect immediately upon posting.
